The USHCC Board of Directors is recruiting candidates to fill important volunteer roles to uphold the organization’s mission of uplifting America’s Hispanic business community, who generates $3.6 trillion+ in economic impact to our nation’s GDP.
We are seeking committed business leaders from our membership composed of Small Business Enterprises, Corporate Partner Members, and local Hispanic Chambers of Commerce to provide representation.
Key Criteria & Responsibilities:
Must be a dues paying member
Participate in USHCC Board of Directors meetings
Provide guidance to President & CEO as needed
Fundraise to support the USHCC mission
Act as an ambassador of the USHCC
Participate at events representing the USHCC
Adherence to USHCC Code of Conduct, and all applicable laws
Adherence to USHCC Conflict of Interest policy
