The O’Hara Project is a WBE and MBE-certified boutique PR and marketing firm with extensive experience supporting Fortune 500, startups and nonprofits. They support organizations with their B2B, B2C and internal communications across a wide range of tactics that include strategy, digital/web, public relations, and social media, along with traditional and experiential marketing.
The O’Hara Project was founded by Katherine O’Hara; the daughter of Cuban exiles. Her career has earned her both national and global experience in building brands for Fortune 500 companies and over 200 awards, including being named Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Business Woman of the Year, Top 25 Leading Women Entrepreneurs, Top 25 Brand Builder, NYIT Alumni Magazine’s “One to Watch”, and induction into The New York Creative Hall of Fame.
Current client efforts include national sales marketing support for ADP, consumer efforts for Arm & Hammer, and Agency of Record duties for Marquee Security across their U.S., Mexico, and South America locations.
Since inception, they’ve had a strong commitment to supporting nonprofits. To date, their pro bono services have exceeded $1MM for social efforts such as hunger, safe water, children’s healthcare resources, and disabled veterans. In 2017, they launched a 501c3 pending division, TOP/SF Elevate, who identifies funding and executes programs to support quality of life initiatives for veterans and spouses.
