The SECAB is composed of a diverse group of the nation’s most respected, experienced, and effective senior level executives who are active members of the USHCC through our Corporate Partner Membership Program (CPM). This advisory board provides counsel to the USHCC staff and leadership regarding policy, issues affecting Hispanic business, and insight into their industry. These members also serve as advocates in our fundraising efforts.

Procurement Council Advisory Board Representative:
The PCAB is composed of individuals who have decision-making authority or can influence the supplier spend of major corporations. The council works with the USHCC leadership, staff, and Hispanic Business Enterprises (HBEs) to educate, provide guidance, and develop strategies to advance procurement opportunities for the Hispanic Business community across industries. These members ensure that best practices, policies, and programs are developed by the Council and reflected within their company’s procurement processes.
