Director of Hispanic Business Enterprise Development
Karina Marquez is the Director of Hispanic Business Enterprise Development. In her role, she will be building a bridge between Corporate America and Hispanic Business Enterprises. She will also be working with Hispanic Businesses and who have the potential to scale and developing programming to help them reach the next level creating more wealth in the Hispanic community and increasing the impact of Hispanic business on the American economy.
Prior to joining the USHCC, she served as fundraiser on a number of Democratic Campaigns and Committees including working on the Hillary for America campaign as the Deputy Latino Finance Director and the Democratic National Committee as a Deputy Regional Finance Director.
Karina earned her bachelor’s degree from American University in Washington, D.C. where she studied International Affairs and U.S. Foreign Policy in Latin America.
