Communications and Program Development Fellow

Yhanna McKinney is a senior at Frostburg State University. She is currently studying Mass Communication, Graphic Design, and Marketing with expected graduation in May 2021. She has been in many leadership roles in her college careers, such as Library Staff Manager, Resident Assistant, and Vice-President of several diversity and inclusion organizations on campus.

Yhanna was born and raised in Anne Arundel County, Maryland, but spent her freshman year of college living in Manhattan attending Pace University. In her free time, she enjoys doing hair/nails/and makeup on others, astrology, and spending time with friends. Yhanna has always been interested in various communication and creative fields, including social media, graphic design, and public relations.

As a Communications and Programing Fellow, Yhanna hopes to gain experience in working in the communications field for a non-profit organization. Yhanna is excited to develop new skills, learn, and grow as a Communications and Programming Fellow at the Unites States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce this summer!
