Erica Salinas
Senior Manager of Finance & Administration
Erica Salinas is the Senior Manager of Finance & Administration at the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. In her role, Erica supports the team, overseeing the day-to-day accounting and administrative functions for the 501(c)(6) and 501(c)(3) entities. Her position works closely with the team to assist with program and grant financial reporting, funding and expenses analysis, audit support, and grant submission requests.
Erica has over ten years of experience in the finance, accounting, and banking industries of which she has served more than eight years in the non-profit sector. She began her career in corporate financial services at Frost Bank, working in the retail department and assisting with team development and operational management.
Following her banking career, Erica entered the non-profit realm, managing the finance and HR functions for the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, where she also acquired a diverse portfolio of skills, including program management and event planning.
Erica was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. She is a first-generation college graduate from the University of Texas at San Antonio, earning her B.A. in Business Administration and Management.
