With over 20 years in the financial services industry, including 17 years committed to Toyota, Carlos A. Becerra has expertise in overseeing activities across operations, process improvement, strategic planning and customer experience.  As an executive, he has committed his efforts in recent years to transform functional areas to enhance capabilities and maximize results.  An attorney by trade, Carlos received his Jury Doctorate from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in his native Bogota, Colombia.  Prior to joining USHCC, Carlos served on the Chandler Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors in Chandler, Arizona, and was instrumental in organizing and executing the second largest Chamber fund-raising activity that year. ​
