Christine Rice is a highly accomplished senior executive leader and board director leveraging 30 years of IT strategy, business start-up, growth, restructuring and M&A experience to help businesses of all sizes build beyond shareholder value. She is a collaborative global business co-founder with decades of experience leading contracting in artificial intelligence with Aximas AI and IT Services with VisionIT, EDS, and hundreds of Fortune 500 partners. An expert at creating inclusive business cultures that drive strong customer, community, and stakeholder results, Christine has been recognized as a top leader in technology, named among the Top 100.

Most Influential Hispanic Professionals in IT, by the Hispanic IT Executive Council (HITEC), and among top women leaders in Detroit by DBusiness’ Powered by Women. She has also garnered awards including the Powerful Woman of Purpose Award, from the Rhonda Walker Foundation, and the Real McCoy Award from the Detroit Area Pre-College Engineering Program.

As a corporate board director, Christine has guided her organization from a US startup to a global $650 million business, and it became one of the 30 largest Hispanic-owned businesses in the US. Concurrently, Christine deeply engaged in community development as a nonprofit board director. She serves as a Board Director and Chair of the Technology Committee with the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, is a past Board Director with the Detroit Regional Chamber, and a Founding Member of HITEC.
