Rachel Kutz serves as Vice President & General Manager of AT&T’s Northwest States Market, leading a diverse team of over 1,000 employees across 15 states. In her role, she’s responsible for the customer experience, revenue strategies, network solutions, and operational excellence for over 500 retail locations.

Rachel earned a bachelor’s degree in Astrophysics from the University of Colorado – Boulder. She began her career at AT&T by designing and optimizing wireless radio frequency (RF) networks, eventually leading large-scale network teams. With a commitment to enhancing the customer and supplier experience, Rachel directed the consumer product supply chain operations for AT&T Mobility, Broadband, and Business. During her tenure as VP of Supply Chain & Global Logistics, she spearheaded AT&T’s $13B Supplier Diversity and Sustainability transformation, ensuring diverse supplier inclusion and promoting sustainable practices. Rachel’s leadership reflects a dedication to mentorship, community, and sustainability in every aspect of her work.
