Felipe E. Ugalde

Chief Operations Officer

Felipe serves as the Chief Operation Officer. He joined the USHCC in 2017 as a Financial Analyst and carries over 12 years of experience in the Finance, Accounting and Banking industries combined. In recent years, Felipe has taken on Consulting roles for multiple Finance and Accounting projects in various small and mid-size organizations around South Florida and Virginia.

Felipe earned his B.S. in Business Administration and Finance from the “Universidad Católica Boliviana” in La Paz, Bolivia, and currently resides in the Washington Metropolitan Area. Felipe speaks Spanish and Portuguese.
